We are a leading luxury garment care service provider specialising in cleaning and restoring Couture, designer-wear, rare fabrics, precious attire and other fine clothing. We offer several types of garment cleaning, such as hand-washing, dry-cleaning and delicate washing. We only use eco-friendly products of premium quality. Additionally, we air-dry garments to preserve the original qualities of their fabrics.
As part of our service, we undertake any repairs, such as mending/replacing embellishment, fixing hems, replacing or re-sewing of buttons and more. Every garment that leaves The Finery® is hand packaged in bespoke, deluxe boxes, bags and hangers, as well as being wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, giving it the meticulous attention it deserves from start to finish.

How long does The Finery’s ® garment care service take?
Generally, our service takes a minimum of three to four days from receipt of your luxury garment to completion of the Seven-Step Garment Care Process. However, the timing does depend on the intricacy of garment, the level of detailing and the type of cleansing and repairs necessary to restore it to as-new condition. We will give you an accurate indication once we’ve thoroughly assessed your attire.
Is it necessary for me to be at home for collection and delivery?
At The Finery®, our aim is to make our service as convenient as possible. We will work around your preferences and offer whichever collection method is most suitable. Choose from either leaving your items in the beige-coloured garment bag (which will be given to you) at the door of your home or other location. Alternatively, take advantage of our agent-pick-up service and request one of The Finery’s® agents to come to your address and collect your garment from you.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes, if you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel, we respectfully ask that you tell us before collection of your garment. Just contact one of our customer care team who will take care of cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Finery® offers several payment methods as follows: Apple Pay and a Payment Link
What happens if my garment gets damaged while in The Finery’s ® care?
We want you to feel confidence in our service and damage is extremely unlikely because of the enormous level of care that we exercise with every single luxury item that passes through our doors. However, in the unlikely event that your garment experiences some damage during our process, we request that you raise a complaint no longer than 7-days after we’ve returned your item to you.
We follow a strict complaints’ procedure, and our workshop uses CCTV equipment. Furthermore, garments are measured and photographed before and after treatment to ensure that you receive the highest quality finish. Our customer care team will carefully assess our CCTV footage from our workshop to confirm any fault and at what stage of the process the fault occurred. This process will take less than two business days. Of course, we will collect your garment and attempt to repair and rectify any damage. Should this not be successful, we offer compensation of up to AED 10,000, dependent upon the garment’s value and the initial level of care required when it was received by our team.
